We stayed here recently and we would recommend this place to anyone! For starters, it is in a very convenient and crowded area - we were impressed by the fact that this hotel is located between two stops on the M1 metro line, and there is even a metro station just 150m away! The service is also top-notch - there is room service, car hire, dry cleaning. We especially loved the fact that there is a terrace with garden furniture where we could relax and unwind after a day of sightseeing.

Recommending this hotel for everyone out there - there's nothing not to love about it! We were a little disappointed when we found out that the staff should have known about our reservation, but this was a minor issue in the grand scheme of things.

Upon arrival, we were actually surprised to find that we had been upgraded to a spacious executive suite, a lovely gesture for our special occasion. The room was comfortable and had ample storage space for our belongings. The shower had excellent water pressure, and we appreciated the towel warmers for drying our hand-washed clothes. The view from the top floor was magnificent. The hotel's location was convenient, with shops and restaurants within a short walking distance. We also made use of the gym and sauna, which added to our overall enjoyable stay. The staff we encountered were kind and helpful.

Our purpose of travel was to explore Piamonte and Lake Como. We stayed at Starhotels three times in two weeks, and each stay was great. The location was convenient, close to Milano Centrale and the M1 metro line. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel was clean and well-equipped. The room we stayed in had a balcony and a massive shower. The breakfast had lots of variety and the food was good. we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this place.

Our stay at a hotel in Milan was relatively convenient, with the Lima metro station just a stone's throw away, taking us directly to Duomo. we were able to walk to various restaurants and shops and conveniently access the bus stop leading to Central Train Station. The room was clean and comfy, with great amenities, and we enjoyed the meals in the nearby restaurants.

The hotel staff lacked customer service and attention to detail, with the breakfast quality not up to par and staff not replenishing items when running out.

The location was great, just a short walk from the nearest metro station and close to all the main attractions. The hotel provided a useful map , made it easy to navigate around the city. There was a strong smell of smoke near the entrance of the hotel, as people were smoking right in front of the doors. It would have been nice to have a designated smoking area away from the main entrance.

Great location - centrally located and easily accessible to key attractions and public transportation. The bed in our room was comfortable and the bathroom/shower facilities were modern and well-maintained.

Good breakfast with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Close to metro station, easy access to popular attractions.

We loved the cozy rooms and comfy beds, made us feel at home. The breakfast had a great variety of options, and the staff was pleasant and always ready to help. The location is great, with a bus stop nearby that connects to the central railway station and easy access to the subway.
